About the Role:

We are looking for a high-execution Production Designer who thrives in the "final mile" of the creative process. This is not a conceptual or creative direction role; we are looking for a technical specialist who takes approved designs and turns them into pixel-perfect, client-ready assets.

Role Responsibilities:
* File Finalization:Take approved creative concepts and build out final, technical files for various platforms.
* Client Adjustments:Rapidly execute revisions and tweaks based on client feedback while maintaining design integrity.
* Technical Precision:Ensure all typography, spacing, and brand guidelines are strictly adhered to across all deliverables.
* Workflow Efficiency:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines with high accuracy.
* Tool Integration:Work within our design ecosystem; experience withKlaviyo and Salesforceis a major plus.
Requirements:
* Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in a production-heavy design environment.
* Technical Mastery:Expert-level proficiency in theAdobe Creative Suiteand modern design hand-off tools. Experience withKlaviyoandSalesforceis a majorPLUS.
* The "Grit" Factor:You view a heavy workload or a complex technical hurdle as an exciting challenge to be met, not a burden.
* Reliability: Ability to work a fixed 9 AM – 5 PM EST schedule to ensure real-time collaboration with the US-based team.
* Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to walk a team through your technical process during live assessments.
