* Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with company goals.
* Gather and prioritize customer requirements, market insights, and internal needs.
* Define product KPIs and use analytics to drive decision-making.
* Work closely with leadership to understand business outcomes and translate them into actionable product objectives.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, design, QA).
* Manage timelines, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature prioritization.
* Oversee technical architecture and workflows usingBubble.ioor similar platforms.
* Build or refine prototypes, workflows, and data structures where needed.
* Review and approve designs, user stories, and final builds.
* Ensure the app is scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
* Conduct testing and validation for new features and releases.
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve UX, and reduce operational friction.
* Work with QA to ensure successful deployments and high product reliability.
* 2–5+ years experience as aProduct Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
* Hands-on experience withBubble.ioor a comparable low-code/no-code platform(e.g., Glide, Adalo, Webflow, Softr).
* Strong understanding of low-code/no-code development principles.
* Experience working in agile/scrum environments.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
* Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in real estate, accounting, tax tech, or cost segregation workflows.
* Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, API integrations).
* UX/UI sensibility and comfort reviewing product design.
* Experience with customer interviews, user testing, and feedback loops.
