Location:Remote, Offshore (Focusing on South Africa, LATAM, or Eastern Europe)
Timezone Overlap:Must have significant overlap withKazakhstan (GMT+5)for engineering collaboration and occasional syncs withUS Business Hours.
The Mission
We are on a mission to empower businesses of all sizes by providing high-impact, no-code plugins for e-commerce giants like Shopify and Wix. Our tools help merchants grow, engage, and convert audiences globally. We are looking for a Product Manager who isn't just a "ticket manager," but aProduct Owner—someone who brings heavy intuition backed by cold, hard data.
The Ideal Profile: "The Agile Expert"
We are a small, fast-moving business. We don't do "silos." We need a PM who is excited to jump into areas outside their traditional JD—whether that’s assisting with marketing a feature they just built or providing deep expertise to steer the product’s future. You should be the type of person who isn't afraid to "push back" on ideas when the data doesn't support them, ensuring we only ship what moves the needle.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead & Collaborate:Drive the product roadmap while leading a talented developer population currently based inKazakhstan.
* Data-Driven Ownership:We are a data-driven culture. You will own OKRs and experiments, using data (and an understanding ofPostgres/SQL) to justify every pivot and feature.
* Cross-Continent Communication:Seamlessly manage communication across different teams and continents. You must be someone who shares information freely and ensures no one is working in the dark.
* End-to-End Execution:From writing detailed requirements to conducting user research with our end-consumer base, you will capture the "people-side" of the product.
* Product Marketing & Growth:Be ready to wear multiple hats. If a product is finished, you’re the first one helping to market it and ensure its success in the marketplace.
Technical & Experience Requirements
* E-commerce Ecosystems:Deep, practical experience withShopify and Wix applications. You understand how merchants think regarding acquisition, LTV, and cart optimization.
* Data Fluency:You don’t need to be a data scientist, but you must understand data structures. Familiarity withPostgresis a major plus. You should be comfortable using AI tools to assist in data analysis and query generation.
* AI Integration:A strong understanding of how to integrate AI into end-user products (recommendation engines, content gen, etc.) without overcomplicating the UX.
* Small Business Grit:Experience in a small business or startup environment where you’ve had to flex into different roles.
* Technical Stack:Familiarity with Jira, Figma, Amplitude, and Wix/Shopify app markets.
Soft Skills & Values (The "Must-Haves")
* The "Push Back":You provide your expertise and logic to the product direction. You are a consultant, not just an order-taker.
* Radical Transparency:You share information freely and proactively.
* User Obsession:You have a deep empathy for the end consumer and can translate their frustrations into features.
* Passion:You are genuinely excited about the product and eager to take on more duties as the company scales.
Application & Interview Focus
During the interview process (led by our team in PST), be prepared to discuss:
* Data over Intuition:Give an example of a time your intuition was proven wrong by the data and how you pivoted.
* Team Leadership:How do you lead developers across different continents and timezones effectively?
* The "Extra Mile":Describe a time you stepped outside of your PM role to ensure a product’s success (Marketing, Support, etc.).
* User Understanding:How do you capture and document the "people-side" of a technical product?
Perks
* Remote Work:Work from anywhere in South Africa, LATAM, or Eastern Europe.
* Impact:Direct influence on the direction of an conversion optimization product suite.
* Growth:A culture that rewards those who want more responsibility and higher impact.
