Principal Product Manager – ISV & Integrations

Context & Impact:Lansweeper's Product Management team is growing, and we're looking for a Principal Product Manager to take strategic ownership of our ISV and integrations domain. This isn't a role that sits above the work — it's one that drives it. You'll shape howLansweeperembeds its capabilities into partner ecosystems, defines integration strategy across domains, and sets the standard other Product Managers measure themselves against.

Over the next six to twelve months, success means the ISV and integrations domain has a clear, defensible strategy, active partner relationships that are moving forward, and a growing footprint of embedded capabilities across the ecosystem.

The main challenges you'll face are:
* Earning trust across a complex partner ecosystem.ISV and integration work means navigating relationships with resellers, MSPs, and independent software vendors — each with their own priorities. Building the credibility to drive alignment across those relationships, while also managing internal stakeholders, takes a PM who has genuinely done this before.
