About the Role
We are a fast-growing healthcare technology company seeking aPractice Success Associateto support medical practices using our platform. This role is focused on helping providers and their teams successfully onboard, adopt, and get ongoing value from the product.
You’ll work closely with practices to answer questions, resolve issues, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure a smooth overall experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned healthcare practices

Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in customer success, client support, account management, or a related role
