About the Role:We're looking for a highly analytical and methodicalSenior Performance Marketing Strategistto join our team. This isn't just a PPC manager role; we're seeking a trueperformance engineer—someone with a rigorous, testing-focused mindset who thrives on optimizing every variable.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of our clients' paid media campaigns. Your primary focus will be on driving high-intent, demand-driven leads for home services clients (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) throughGoogle AdsandMeta Ads. You will be responsible for the full funnel, from meticulous account buildouts and data-driven testing to insightful reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Strategy & Ownership:Develop and manage channel strategies with a strong focus onGoogle Search and Performance Max (PMAX). Selectively deploy Meta for retargeting and incremental reach.
* Deep Research & Analysis:Conduct detailed competitive and keyword research specifically tailored to the nuances of home services, including seasonal trends, emergency intent, and local geo-targeting.
* Account Buildouts & Optimization:Architect and launch high-quality, scalable account structures. This includes writing and testing compelling ad copy and assets, managing budgets and bids, and continuously improving key metrics like CPA, CVR, and ROAS.
* Rigorous Testing & Measurement:Implement and QA all conversion tracking (GA4, Google Ads, offline conversions, call tracking). Execute a disciplined testing approach for ad copy, audiences, and bid strategies.
* Reporting & Insights:Build weekly and monthly performance reports that go beyond the numbers, providing clear insights, actionable next steps, and a data-driven narrative.
* Quality Lead Generation:Prioritize search-driven, high-intent leads. Responsibly leverage PMAX with clean feed hygiene and strong audience signals while meticulously separating Local Services Ads (LSAs) data to ensure accurate performance analysis.
* Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with clients and internal teams to qualify lead quality, close feedback loops, and proactively communicate campaign performance and testing roadmaps.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a specialist who understands that"I need this service now"marketing is fundamentally different from B2B SaaS or e-commerce. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience driving direct, profitable growth for consumer-facing services.
Required Qualifications:
* 5+ yearsof hands-on, high-performance PPC experience.
* Proven success in home services is a significant plus.Experience with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical is a great fit. Alternatively, a background in other high-intent, B2C service industries (e.g., dental, legal, medical, or agency experience working with these clients) is highly desirable.
* Deep expertise inGoogle Ads (Search, PMAX). Experience with YouTube is a bonus.
* Strong command of web analytics tools, includingGoogle Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
* Expertise in call tracking platforms like CallRail or similar.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver clear, data-driven reports and stakeholder updates.
* Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
* Ability to work in a U.S. time zone overlap (minimum 4 hours) and meet tight deadlines.
* This is a remote position.
* The position is focused on the U.S. market, so experience targeting U.S. clients isrequired.
