Your Role

This is a frontline support internship. You'll spend most of your time on calls and in the help desk, helping interns from around the world get the most out of theirVirtual Internshipsplacement.

Virtual Internshipsplaces students and graduates into remote internships with host companies across the globe.

Our Placement Success Advisor (PSA) team supports those interns while they're on the job: checking in, solving problems, and stepping in when something isn't working.

As aPlacement Support Intern, you'll join that team. If you enjoy talking to people, like being the person who sorts things out, and want to learn how a global operations team really works, this role is for you.

To be upfront: this is not a strategy or project role from day one. Project work comes later, once you're confident in the core role. In a typical week you might calm a nervous intern in their first week, untangle a scheduling mix-up between an intern and their supervisor, and spot early signs that an internship is going off track.

This is a3-month, unpaid internshipfocused on providing you with hands-on experience in a process-driven role focused on reliability, organisation, and attention to detail. You will work within clearly defined systems and procedures, with support and training provided throughout the internship.

What You'll Be Doing

The role is expected to be25 - 30 hours per week, with availability to attend required sync meetings.You'll start supported and build up to working independently. Once you're confident in the core role, you can take on operational project work.
