Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactivePart-Time Creator Partnerships Leadto drive end-to-end creator campaign management across our client roster. In this role, you will lead creator sourcing, manage outreach and rate negotiations, and oversee campaign execution to keep talent deliverables moving on time.

You will direct Virtual Assistants (VAs) for initial lead generation while serving as the primary quality check, talent negotiator, and post-signing logistics controller.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creator Sourcing & Batch Screening
* Translate brand criteria and brief requirements into actionable sourcing instructions for VAs.

* Direct, manage, and review creator lists produced by VAs, screening talent batches for brand fit, engagement quality, and aesthetic alignment.

* Select top-tier talent and integrate approved creators into targeted email outreach campaigns.

2. Outreach, Negotiation & Client Coordination
* Own creator-side communications, launching and monitoring automated outreach campaigns.

* Manage direct inquiries, verify creator availability, negotiate rates within budget parameters, and gather media kits.

* Present vetted talent rosters and campaign proposals to the designated client Point of Contact (POC) for review.

3. Post-Signing Fulfillment & Campaign Tracking
* Oversee creator deliverables from contract signing to campaign closure.

* Actively track content draft submissions, manage revision cycles, and enforce agreed posting schedules.

* Maintain a live status tracker for all active campaigns, conducting campaign health checks every 2–3 days.

Performance Metrics & Key Results (KPIs)

Your success in this role will be evaluated on the following outcomes:
* Conversion Rate:Total number of creators approved/contracted per client each month (meeting or exceeding client target benchmarks).
