About the Role:

As we expand our footprint from Utah into Oklahoma, we are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist who can "wear the marketing hat" with precision and personality.

This isn't just about clicking buttons in an Ad Manager; it’s about connecting with homeowners in a way that feels like"talking to their Grandma"warm, professional, and helpful, while driving high-intent leads through Google and Meta.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy and execution of our digital growth, ensuring our door-to-door teams and office staff stay busy with high-quality inquiries.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Google Ads & Local Services Ads (LSA)
* High-Intent PPC: Manage Google Search campaigns specifically for pest control and lawn care services.
* LSA Management: Optimize our Google Local Services Ads (Google Guaranteed) for both the Utah and Oklahoma branches.
* Lead Quality Control: Monitor phone lead quality coming through the 3CX phone system to ensure we are bidding on the right keywords.
2. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* Campaign Building: Build and manage Facebook campaigns to generate interest in new service areas.
* Ad Copy & Voice: Write copy that is personable and professional. We avoid the "AI-robot" feel; our ads should sound like a friendly neighbor offering a hand.
* Creative Oversight: Suggest or create visual assets that showcase our local presence in Utah and Oklahoma.
Requirements:

Cultural Fit & Requirements
* Has at least 3 years of strong relevant experience
* "The Grandma Test":You must be able to communicate (written and verbal) with a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence. We want customers to feel heard, not processed.
* Nimble Mindset:We are a small, growing team. You need to be a self-starter who thinks ahead and suggests improvements before they become problems.
* Startup Speed:Ability to adapt quickly as we open new locations and scale our door-to-door operations.
Technical Skills & Tools
* CRM Integration:While not required to manage customer accounts, you must understand how to track lead data into PestRoutes(training will be provided)
* Communication Stack:Fluency in Slack and Trello for project management.
* Tracking: Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Meta Pixel to report on ROI.
* Phone System Awareness:Familiarity with 3CX or similar VoIP systems is a plus, as it helps in auditing call-driven leads.
