The business has validated strong product-market fit through one year of disciplined, high-volume municipal outbound calling conducted directly by the founder. With a proven sales pattern and repeat-order behavior established, we are now hiring a dedicated outbound sales professional to own prospecting and appointment generation.
About the Role
This is a phone-first, relationship-driven outbound sales role focused on U.S. municipalities. You will be responsible for initiating contact with cities, navigating administrative gatekeepers, identifying decision-makers, and nurturing opportunities through consistent multi-touch follow-up.
Unlike SaaS or high-velocity transactional sales, municipal selling is a slower, consultative process that rewards patience, professionalism, and persistence.
Key Responsibilities
