Comp: $1,500–$1,800 base + performance upside
Hours: 9am–5pm EST
The Role (Read This Carefully)
You are the front end owner of our acquisitions pipeline.
You are not just booking calls. You are responsible for managing conversations with mobile home park owners from first contact through initial qualification, collecting financials, pressure-testing motivation, and moving real opportunities forward in coordination with the Deal Manager.

Responsibilities
You are accountable for pipeline quality and momentum, not just activity.
Specifically, you will:
* Work inbound and outbound owner leads already provided (no list building)

* Run first conversations with MHP owners and establish rapport and credibility

* Qualify owners on motivation, timing, pricing expectations, and deal fit

* Request, organize, and follow up relentlessly on financials (rent roll, T12, utilities, capex notes)

* Perform high-level ballpark valuations using provided guidance and tools

* Keep deals moving by proactively coordinating with the Deal Manager

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
* 2+ years experience in outbound sales, acquisitions support, or deal qualification
