Our fast growing brand sells across DTC, Amazon, and select retail. We're a small, fast-moving team and this role is a critical piece of how we keep product moving, inventory accurate, and vendors accountable.About the RoleWe're looking for a detail-oriented, ownership-minded Operations Lead to manage the day-to-day execution of our supply chain and fulfillment operations. This person will be the primary point of contact for our 3PL, own inventory and COGS accuracy in Cin7, and coordinate purchase orders, packaging, and merchandise sourcing from quote to delivery. This is a hands-on, part-time role suited to someone who thrives on precision, follow-through, and juggling multiple vendor relationships at once.Core Ongoing Responsibilities3PL & Fulfillment Management:
* Audit 3PL invoices and own resolution of discrepancies
* Manage day-to-day 3PL operations: inventory accuracy, ASNs, order issues Plan and manage value-added service (VAS) exercises with the 3PL
* Oversee FBA send-ins, including prepping at the 3PL and coordinating shipments
Inventory & Financial Tracking:
* Own Cin7 management (inventory/order system of record)
* Track and maintain COGS month over month
* Manage inventory forecasting and planning
* Manage packaging forecasting and planning
Purchasing & Order Management
* Own end-to-end PO tracking with suppliers, from order to delivery
* Coordinate retail order and shipment logistics
* Coordinate sample sends
Ad Hoc & Strategic Work
* Support special projects, including certifications analysis and running point on certification processes
* Lead 3PL kitting efforts for new packouts, events, and other special initiatives
* Source merchandise: obtain quotes and samples, build workback plans, place orders, and manage delivery
What We're Looking For5 years plus Experience in the following:
* Operations, supply chain, or inventory management — CPG or supplements industry experience a plus
* Comfort working directly with 3PLs (3rd-party logistics), freight/logistics, and suppliers
* Experience with Shopify and Amazon FBA operations
* Hands-on experience with an inventory/order management system (Cin7 experience strongly preferred)
* Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable working with COGS and forecasting data
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage multiple vendor relationships and deadlines
* Clear, proactive communicator — comfortable flagging issues before they become problems
* Source packaging: gather pricing, proofs, and samples
