About the Company

Purpose of the Role

Core Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Operations & Network Health
* Oversee daily AdOps and General Ops workflows to guarantee network connectivity and campaign execution.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues using established operational flowcharts; escalate complex incidents appropriately.
* Identify, diagnose, and resolve offline screen issues promptly to maximize network uptime.
* Address and fix content playback or technical display errors across network assets.

Campaign Delivery & Ad Operations
* Manage advertising campaigns end-to-end to ensure accurate, on-time playout.
* Review and validate campaign playout and proof-of-play reports for accuracy and reporting insights.
* Review and approve programmatic ad campaigns (pDOOH), ensuring full compliance with company standards.
* Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, executive leadership, and venue building managers to ensure smooth campaign distribution.
* Oversee campaign photography planning, asset capture, and media logging.

Projects, Onboarding & Continuous Improvement
* Support long-term operational projects aimed at improving scalability, automation, and workflow efficiency.
* Assist with the onboarding and technical setup of new venue sites and operational partners.
* Maintain operational data integrity within CRM and digital management tools.
* Ensure operations adhere to best practices for compliance, safety, and brand standards.
