Operations & Recruiting Coordinator

The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Operations & Recruiting Coordinator to support active searches by helping run the process of sourcing, coordination, and internal operations support. This person will help expand our capacity to identify strong candidates while preserving the high standard and personal touch the company strives for.

You’ll work closely with the Founder and focus on sourcing, research, candidate coordination, and building strong internal systems.

What You’ll Own
* Source and research candidates for open roles (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job platforms, plus creative sourcing methods)

* Build thoughtful longlists of high-quality, relevant candidate profiles

* Draft and assemble clean, client-ready candidate profiles and summaries

* Support outbound outreach campaigns (sending messages, follow-ups, tracking responses)

* Own candidate logistics: scheduling interviews, coordinating availability, and managing communication flow

What We’re Looking For
