We don't need a passive assistant; we need aStabilizer—someone who brings order to chaos, manages up, and never lets a deadline slip.Who You Are:
* The Guardian of Deadlines:You view a deadline as a binary commitment. If you say it will be done by 5:00 PM, it is done by 4:30 PM.
* Proactive Communicator:You understand that in a remote environment, silence is a risk. You over-communicate status updates and "blockers."
* System-Driven:You love HubSpot, tidy spreadsheets, and clear "Standard Operating Procedures" (SOPs).
* The Nudger:You are comfortable holding the Director accountable to their own tasks.
* Managing the "Master Deal Tracker" with 100% data integrity.
* Chasing UK-based solicitors, agents, and surveyors during high-pressure acquisition windows.
* Conducting "First Pass" viability checks on potential leads (Flood risks, Article 4, Use Class history).
* Maintaining our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure no lead goes cold.
* Absolute reliability.
* High-speed, professional written and verbal English.
* Availability during UK business hours.
