As the Okta Identity Engineer, you will be part of a growing team to help support projects and serve as the subject matter expert, responsible for architecting, designing and implementing a variety of identity and access management solutions.</p>

<h3><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Design, implement, and maintain Okta identity and access management solutions.</li>
<li>Integrate Okta with various applications and systems to include cloud/SaaS to streamline authentication and authorization processes.</li>
<li>Develop and configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions using Okta.</li>
<li>Design and develop automation with various applications and systems using Okta Workflows and/or approved AI-powered tools.</li>
<li>Perform regular system audits and security assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.</li>
<li>Continuously monitor identities, access rights, and usage patterns to proactively mitigate risks and enhance the organization’s security posture.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Okta configurations and integrations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and implement identity management solutions that meet business needs.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of IT experience, 3+ years of Okta experience</li>
<li>Experience using Okta as an enterprise identity provider solution.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Okta including features, integrations, and architecture.</li>
<li>Understanding of authentication protocols, such as SAML 2.0 or OAuth/SSO.</li>
<li>Experience with identity management, IDaaS , provisioning, user lifecycle operations, and federation.</li>
<li>Experience implementing automated provisioning of end-point by using custom provisioning flows, SCIM or JIT capabilities.</li>
<li>Experience configuring user authentication policies and application connections in Okta.</li>
<li>Experience configuring and managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) factors for Okta users, including Okta Verify, FIDO tokens, One-Time Passcodes, and RSA tokens.</li>
<li>Experience building automation using Okta Workflows, REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON payloads to construct calls for required tasks.</li>
<li>Using Terraform for configuration management.</li>
</ul>
