About the Role

A growing plumbing company is seeking a reliable, proactive Dispatcher + Operations Admin to support daily service operations while strengthening internal organization systems.

This role combines front-line dispatch responsibilities with operational improvement initiatives. You will manage incoming calls, coordinate technicians, and oversee inbox communications — while also building structure behind the scenes through organized trackers, workflow systems, and process documentation.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks critically, and implements structure without constant supervision. Speed in hiring is important, and we are seeking someone ready to commit long-term.

Primary Responsibilities

Dispatch & Customer Communication
* Answer incoming calls professionally and calmly

Job & Workflow Tracking
* Maintain accurate job tracking inside Google Sheets

* Ensure technician schedules and service updates are documented clearly
