* Develop, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns with a strong focus on creative performance
* Translate emotionally driven concepts into clear, resonant ad creatives aligned with sensitive and meaningful themes
* Design and iterate on static ads and simple animated creatives such as text movement and light motion for Reels and Stories
* Analyze ad performance data to identify high-performing creatives, audiences, and messaging angles
* Run structured A B tests on creative, copy, hooks, and formats to continuously improve return on ad spend and engagement
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure creative aligns with brand voice, values, and mission
* Maintain ownership of campaigns, timelines, and creative quality end to end
* 4 or more years of experience managing Meta Ads in a performance-driven environment, preferably eCommerce or DTC
* Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks and performance optimization
* Proven ability to combine analytical thinking with creative execution
* Proficiency in creating high-quality static ad creatives
* Experience producing simple motion or animated ads using tools such as Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
* Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable creative improvements
* Highly empathetic with the ability to communicate emotion through visual and written content
* Comfortable working with sensitive topics and emotionally driven narratives
* Takes ownership of work and consistently delivers high-quality output
* Passionate about purpose-driven brands and meaningful storytelling
* Strong alignment with mission-led organizations
