About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilledMarTech Specialistto drive the technical and analytical aspects of our marketing technology stack. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating, optimizing, and managing MarTech tools, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance marketing effectiveness. This position sits at the intersection of marketing, data engineering, and analytics, requiring both technical expertise and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Engineering Side:
* Develop, integrate, and maintain MarTech tools such as CRM, CDP, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).

* Work with APIs to connect and synchronize marketing platforms (Salesforce, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.).

* Build and manage data pipelines to facilitate seamless data flow between marketing, sales, and analytics systems.
