About the Role
We are seeking ahighly analytical, technical, and detail-oriented MarTech Automation & Data Analystto support and strengthen the operational backbone of our marketing systems. This role is critical in elevating our data-driven campaign capabilities, improving measurement frameworks, and advancing data governance and compliance practices across our organization.
The ideal candidate is asystems integrator at heart—someone who enjoys connecting platforms, ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting complex operational issues, and enabling accurate, personalized, and performance-focused marketing.
This position supports thebackend operations of marketing(not creative production) and plays a key role in how data flows, how campaigns function, and how performance is measured.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Workflow Ownership
* HubSpot Administration:Serve as the HubSpot SME, owning and maintaining all aspects of our marketing automation system.

* Lead Processing:Oversee critical lead routing workflows, round-robin logic, and intake forms to ensure clean, compliant, and seamless delivery.

* Systems Integrations:Maintain scalable integrations and data flows between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the broader MarTech stack.

* Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:Act as the primary resource for diagnosing and resolving complex workflow, data, or platform issues (e.g., troubleshooting email delivery issues across integrated tools).

Data Governance, Analytics & Compliance
* Advanced Measurement:Elevate reporting capabilities using existing tools, data warehouse resources, API calls, or lightweight SQL.

* Support the quality, hygiene, and growth of the marketing leads database.

Required Qualifications
* Experience:3–5+ years in marketing operations or MarTech, with hands-on experience in marketing automation, workflows, analytics, or systems integration.
