Job Description

* Newsletter Management:Support the weekly dental newsletter (Marketing Minute 4 Dentists) through lead magnets, content upgrades, and subscriber growth tactics; manage production, formatting, and scheduling in Beehiiv.
* Webinar Execution:Build landing pages, execute promotional campaigns, and manage reminder and follow-up email sequences.
* Outbound & Referral Automation:Oversee automated outbound sequences in Explee, routing warm leads directly to the Founder; track referrals and send thank-yous/bonuses.
* Social & PR:Launch and manage Alpha Dog's social profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn); source and pitch podcast guest opportunities for the Founder.
* Keyword Research:Use Claude with Ahrefs integrations to identify high-value keyword opportunities and content gaps for Alpha Dog and its clients.
* Page Production:Draft content in Markdown (.md), leverage Claude to build HTML landing pages, and publish them directly to target websites.
* Reporting:Track traffic movement and rankings, rolling the data into monthly client reports.
* AI-Assisted Web Edits:Execute minor web builds and page edits by directing AI tools (no formal coding background required).
* Software & Data Management:Maintain software subscriptions, seat assignments, client reporting pulls, and data cleanup.
* Team Overflow:Assist senior staff with operational tasks to keep leadership focused on strategy and client relationships.
* On-time shipping of assigned tasks across inbound, SEO, and operations.
