Work Hours (Client): 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMCST

Pay Range: 2,000-2,500USD/month(varies based on skill set and experience level)

Company/Client Overview:

Our Client is a rapidly growing turf installation franchising company on a mission to bring beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces to communities across the U.S.

They are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to lead the execution of marketing launches for their new franchisees.This is not a high-level strategic or "visionary" creative role; rather, it is aprocess-driven execution role. You will act as the bridge between their developers, content managers, vendors, and franchisees to ensure every digital asset is polished, accurate, and launched according to their established SOPs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with developers to build out franchisee sites. Perform rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure contact info, phone numbers, and local details are 100% accurate.
* Lead the creation and optimization of GMB profiles for new locations following a strict checklist.
* UseSprout Socialto schedule a full year’s worth of pre-approved content for 25+ franchisee accounts upon onboarding.
* Perform basic graphic design inCanva(flyers, local assets) and write/edit blog posts or basic marketing copy as needed.
* Act as the main point of contact for external vendors and internal franchisees to move projects through the pipeline.
* Maintain real-time updates of all onboarding tasks withinClickUp.
Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement:Excellent English Communication Skills

Education:Bachelor's Degree (ideally)

Experience:4–5 years of experience in a project management related role requiring heavy coordination and deadline management.
* Experience withproject management and scheduling toolssuch asClickUp(or similar tools like Asana/Monday) andSprout Social(or similar scheduling tools).
* 3+ Years of experience in amarketing related role(social media, blog writing, content design and web development).
* Canvaexperience is ideal.
* Exceptional English (written and verbal) for professional coordination with US-based franchisees and vendors.
* A "figure-it-out" attitude; the ability to learn new systems quickly and take ownership of the process.
Preferred Background:

Prior exposure toShopify/WordPress(website management side) andHubSpot (a plus).
