The Opportunity
We are one of the most respected revenue operations consulting firms in the online business space. Over the past 6 years, we have built massive credibility, completing over800+ HubSpot projectsfor high-level companies. To date, 100% of our growth has been organic—driven by referrals, strategic partners, and the reputation of our founder.
Here is the challenge:We are transitioning from an organic-only referral model into a proactive, aggressive marketing engine. We have the IP, the proven frameworks, and the results. What we need is apassionate, AI-obsessed Operatorto lead the charge, close the gaps between our creative team members, and turn our founder’s content into a scalable demand-generation machine.
We are a young, fast-moving team (mostly mid-to-late 20s) looking for a "youthful spirit" who is excited to work directly with the 2nd-in-command and the CEO to build something massive.
Who You Are
* An AI Machine:You don’t just "use" ChatGPT. You are obsessed with the frontier of AI tools. You know how to train models on specific tones, clone voices, and build AI workflows that allow you to produce at 5x the speed of a traditional marketer. You should be teachinguswhat’s possible.
* The "Gap Closer":We have a media buyer, editors, and specialists. You are the one who leads this "pod." You ensure direction is turned into action, tracking every detail, reporting on data, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
* A Proven Operator:You have experience in anagency or startup environment. You understand the "race against time" and the pressure of competing against other high-level firms.
* High-Energy & Passionate:You come off as genuinely excited about marketing, tools, and growth. This isn't just a job; it’s a craft you are obsessed with.
* Flexible & Committed:Our schedule is M-F, 9-6 EST. We offer flexibility, but we need someone who is willing to put in the extra hours during "crunch time" to ensure a launch or project is successful.
What You Will Own
* Lead the Marketing Pod:Direct the efforts of the media buyer and editors. You take the vision from the CEO/Founder and manage the full execution pipeline.
* AI-Driven Content Ops:Use AI to repurpose raw footage from the founder into high-converting long-form and short-form content. You own the calendar and the quality.
* Data & Attribution:You are proficient withHiros, HubSpot, and data-driven attribution. You don't just ship campaigns; you report on exactly what they produced.
* Email & Funnel Systems:Build and maintain high-converting sequences and landing pages. You ensure tracking is flawless and the copy (often AI-assisted) hits the right emotional triggers.
* Project Management:Act as the central hub for all marketing projects. You manage the external agencies and freelancers so the founder doesn't have to.
Requirements
* Hard Requirement:Deep proficiency inAI tools(Voice cloning, LLM prompting, workflow automation).
* Hard Requirement:Expert-level knowledge ofHubSpot.
* Hard Requirement:Experience withHyrosor similar high-level attribution tools.
* Experience:Previous experience as a #2 in a small agency or a Marketing Manager at a founder-led startup ($1M–$5M range).
* Execution:You can take a messy voice memo and turn it into a polished campaign without needing 15 clarifying questions.
Logistics & Compensation
* Schedule:Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
* Location:100% Remote (Must be able to work EST hours).
* PTO:Unlimited PTO (standard 2-week notice required).

* Practical Assessment:Expect a take-home project to demonstrate your AI proficiency and marketing logic.
