Overview of the positionWe are seeking an Operations and Marketing Associate to support various tasks in our remote environment to support our site and operations management as well as audience growth.Duties will include but are not limited to:

● Drafting and scheduling social media posts

● SEO implementation

● Pulling Google Analytics 4 reports and drafting recommendations

● Serving as the point of contact for a variety of campaign partners

● Tracking ads in Google Ad Manager and Meta Business Suite

● Organizing and running client meetings

● Formatting and scheduling our daily newsletter

● Collecting and analyzing campaign data for our advertising clients

● Drafting, sending, and following up on invoices

● Customer service and inventory management for our small webstore

● Project management including running sweepstakes giveaways

● Coordinating advertising campaigns across different teams and team members

● Generating and executing ideas to increase our email newsletter subscribers

and overall audience development

Qualifications

● Proven track record managing media advertising campaigns with Google Ad Manager and projects with Monday.com.

● Deep experience in email newsletter marketing, particularly growing subscribers

● Familiarity with website management around SEO management

● Proven experience working effectively in a remote environment.

● Strong proficiency in communicating with external clients, including conveying complex information clearly and diplomatically.

● Familiarity with Slack and Google productivity tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).

● Prior experience in an operational role performing recurring administrative tasks.

● Fluent English proficiency in both oral and written communication.

● Problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.

● Extreme attention to detail and organizational abilities.

● Understanding of client expectations and the importance of maintaining positive client relationships.
