We are a fast-growing wellness brand building premium sauna studios across Florida. Our mission is to make high-quality recovery and wellness experiences more accessible through beautifully designed spaces, strong community partnerships, and modern, performance-driven marketing.

As we expand our studio footprint, we are looking for aMarketing Managerwho can own strategy and execution acrossD2C growth, influencer partnerships, and B2B business development, while helping define how the brand shows up locally and statewide.

This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who can think strategically, move quickly, and execute across multiple channels.

The Role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and executing the end-to-end marketing strategy for a growing network of sauna studios. This includes driving customer acquisition, developing influencer and brand partnerships, launching B2B initiatives, and translating high-level strategy into measurable results.

You’ll work closely with leadership and studio operators to ensure marketing directly supports revenue growth, brand awareness, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

D2C Marketing & Customer Acquisition
* Develop and execute direct-to-consumer marketing strategies to drive studio memberships, class bookings, and first-time visits

* Own customer acquisition channels including paid social, email/SMS, content, local SEO, and promotions

Influencer & Creator Partnerships
* Identify, recruit, and manage influencer and creator partnerships across wellness, fitness, lifestyle, and local markets

* Build scalable influencer programs (ambassadors, paid partnerships, gifting, performance-based deals)

What We’re Looking For
