Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, highly organizedMarketing & Executive Assistantto help grow organic traffic through Pinterest, Facebook and Google. This role blends SEO, content creation, and operational support. You’ll optimize existing content, create engaging posts, and manage scheduling and analytics to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Content Optimization
* Optimize existing blog content for search performance.
* Support keyword research and on-page SEO improvements.
* Assist with blog writing using AI tools and best SEO practices.
* Track and report on traffic performance and optimization opportunities.
Pinterest & Social Media Management
* Create and publish engaging Pinterest content.
* Manage post scheduling usingTailwind.
* Support Facebook content posting and optimization.
* Design graphics for social and blog content.
Marketing Operations
* Maintain and manage content calendar (Notionor similar tools).
* Monitor analytics and suggest improvements based on performance.
* Support marketing workflows and system automation.
* Assist with general executive support tasks as needed.
Candidate Requirements
Must-Have Qualities
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Strong communication skills.
* Self-starter who works well independently.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Creative thinker with problem-solving ability.

Required Skills
* SEO fundamentals and content optimization.
* Social media management (Pinterest and Facebook).
* Copywriting and creative content writing.

* Photo editing skills.
* Content calendar management (Notion or equivalent).
* Analytics tracking and performance reporting.
* Experience with Tailwind or social scheduling tools.
* Comfortable using AI tools for content support.
Bonus Skills
* Experience growing Pinterest traffic.
* Basic understanding of system automation workflows.
* Marketing analytics interpretation.
* Experience working within the healthy foods, health, and wellness industry
