About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactiveMaintenance Coordinatorto support our property operations by managing maintenance requests, coordinating vendors, and ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. This role is critical to maintaining high service levels for residents, tenants, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has experience in property management or maintenance coordination, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and communicates clearly with both internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
* Receive, triage, and manage incoming maintenance requests via phone, email, and property management systems

* Dispatch and coordinate vendors, contractors, and technicians

* Maintain accurate records of work orders, invoices, and vendor communications

Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in maintenance coordination, property management, facilities coordination, or a similar role
