Who We’re Looking ForYou’re a strong communicator who sounds respectful, confident, and authentic on the phone. You may come from a background in sales, customer service, or outreach, and you know how to build trust without relying on a script using your tone, timing, and natural conversation skills. You speak fluent English with a neutral or Western-leaning accent. Experience in oil & gas is not required — we provide comprehensive industry training. What we’re seeking is strong voice credibility, sharp sales instincts, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
* Contact mineral owners across the U.S. to present lease offers (full training provided)

* Answer questions, handle objections, and explain lease fundamentals in easy-to-understand language

* Maintain a daily outreach list and document call notes, follow-ups, and signed leases

* Collaborate with our Land Operations team to process completed documents and track deal progress

What You Bring
* Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, and conversational

* 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, outbound calling, or a related role
