Key Responsibilities:

* Distill complex ideas into simple, memorable, and practical systems.
* Maintain a consistent brand voice: sharp, clear, founder-friendly, and non-fluffy.
* Generate supporting content (outlines, summaries, idea maps) that feeds future courses in the high-output thinking curriculum.
* Collaborate with the editorial team to refine topics, angles, and research depth.
* Strong research discipline: you know how to dig, cross-reference, extract, and simplify.
* Willingness to participate in video podcasts
Qualifications:
Required

* Portfolio showcasing long-form analysis, structured thinking, and concept synthesis.
* Ability to convert research into actionable frameworks, not generic “productivity tips.”
* Passionate about productivity, mental models, learning & thinking
* Exceptional written and verbal English fluency
* Must be ready to start by January 6, 2026.
Preferred
* Familiarity with thinkers like Kahneman, Annie Duke, Farnam Street, Naval, Shane Parrish, Kahneman/Tversky, Klein, Taleb, and Charlie Munger
* Experience writing for operators, founders, or professionals who value clarity and systems thinking.
What Success Looks Like:

* Clear, original thinking, not summaries of popular books.
* Frameworks and mental models that entrepreneurs can apply immediately.
* Reliable cadence, high editorial quality, and creative insight.
