Core Responsibilities
* Lead Pre-Qualification: Conduct outbound phone outreach using structured scripts to gather project details, timelines, property specs, and budget expectations; screen out unqualified leads.
* Quote Follow-Up & Re-Engagement: Execute consistent follow-up cadences on sent quotes and re-engage cold/inactive leads to uncover booking opportunities.
* Appointment Booking & Handoff: Schedule qualified appointments directly onto the lead sales consultant's calendar, complete pre-appointment documentation, send reminders, and execute seamless handoffs to sales leadership.
* CRM Operations: Maintain accurate contact records, call logs, task cadences, and pipeline stages inside Go High Level.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience: 2–5 years in appointment setting, lead generation, inside sales, call center outreach, or customer service (home services, landscaping, or construction experience preferred).
* Technical Proficiency: Experience with Go High Level (or similar CRMs), calendar scheduling software, VoIP systems, and Google Workspace / MS Office.
* Communication & Execution: Exceptional verbal and written English with a confident phone presence; strong multi-lead tracking and organizational skills.
* Setup: High-speed internet, dedicated remote workspace, and a professional headset setup.

Key Performance & Success Metrics
* Total qualified appointments booked per week and lead-to-consultation conversion rates.
* Consistent follow-up on sent quotes and aged leads (>3 days).
