The OpportunityWe are seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented Investor Relations Analyst/Associate to support our capital-raising efforts. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data management, and investor communications. You will ensure data integrity, manage reporting and portals, and enable leadership to focus on high-level investor engagements.

Core Responsibilities
* Capital Raising Support:Assist with Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and respond to investor requests accurately and efficiently.

* Investor Reporting:Assemble quarterly reports and updates, gathering data from multiple teams to keep investors informed.

* Portal & CRM Management:Manage subscription documents, review filings for accuracy, and update investor positions in HubSpot and Juniper.

* Meeting & Content Prep:Create draft pitch decks and marketing materials in PowerPoint and Excel for design finalization.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Previous IR Experience:Background in Investor Relations or similar capital-markets support roles; real estate experience is a plus.

* Data Detail Focus:Strong attention to detail; ability to scrutinize spreadsheets, DDQs, and other investor materials.
