The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivatedAnalyst or Associateto join our growing M&A advisory practice. Unlike the rigid silos of bulge-bracket firms, we offer junior professionals a high-impact environment where you will work directly with Managing Directors and founders of lower-middle-market technology companies. You will play a critical role in executing M&A transactions and capital raises, gaining exposure to the entire deal lifecycle from initial pitch to final closing.Thecore skillrequired is creating pristine, client-ready presentations (SIMs, teasers), not financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities
* Client-ready Presentations:Create high quality presentations.Financial Engineering:Build and maintain complex financial models, including Three-Statement, DCF, LBO, and detailed M&A impact analyses ($S=P+I$).

* Deal Execution:Lead the preparation of high-quality marketing materials, including Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), "Teasers," and management presentations.

* Market Intelligence:Conduct deep-dive research into software verticals, identifying strategic buyers and tracking valuation multiples across the tech landscape.

* Mentorship (Associate Level):Supervise Analysts in the creation of deliverables, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with the firm’s "white-glove" service standards.

Qualifications & Skills
* Experience:1–3 years (Analyst) or 3–5 years (Associate) of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or transaction advisory. Experience inTech M&Ais a significant plus.
