Role Overview:

This high-impact Inventory Planner role invites you to navigate the complexities of modern commerce, from leading Monthly S&OP processes to executing strategic replenishment plans for major marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart. We are looking for an ambitious, Excel-savvy problem solver who thrives on adaptability and is ready to turn data into a seamless, high-growth inventory pipeline from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize existing reporting to manage near term stock out risks and coordinate with logistics to mitigate gaps via transfers or expediting
* Lead Monthly S&OP Demand Planning process to align demand inputs from sales channels (DTC, Amazon FBA, Retail, & Wholesale)
* Lead Monthly S&OP Supply Planning process to generate PO's to keep the inventory pipeline healthy
* Define replenishment plans for online marketplaces such as Walmart & coordinate with logistics to ship in inventory
* Apply practical knowledge and problem-solving skills if an unplanned event occurs
* Executing the supply planning, integrating with the rest of the operations team
Qualifications & Skills:
* 3+ years experience in Inventory planning
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complexity
* Proficiency with Google sheets
* High proficiency with Exel (Vlookup, pivot tables etc)
* Practical problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
* Flexible and adaptable, you thrive on change
Reporting Line:

You will report to the Associate Vice President of Supply Chain and Customer Service, who is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
