About the Role

Our client is seeking aHubSpot Specialistto rebuild and optimize their existing HubSpot instance — transforming it from a basic CRM into afully functional, data-driven sales and reporting platform.

The ideal candidate is aHubSpot power userwith experience in CRM architecture, reporting dashboards, and pipeline management. You’ll assess the current setup, identify gaps, and implement best-in-class solutions that improve usability, data accuracy, and team adoption.

This is ashort-term infrastructure projectwith a high-impact objective: stand up a clean, efficient, and insightful HubSpot system that supports a growing sales team.

Key Objectives

Core Responsibilities
* Conduct a fullauditof the existing HubSpot environment (fields, objects, permissions, reports, workflows).

Qualifications
* 3+ years of hands-on experience withHubSpot CRMsetup, optimization, and reporting.
