Position: Head of Technology Infrastructure/Odoo Development

Work Hours (Client): 9am-5pm EST, Monday-Friday

Pay Range: 5,000-8,500USD/month(varies based on skill set and experience level)

Global Alliance is a rubber reclamation and remanufacturing facility that specializes in converting post-industrial scrap rubber into raw materials, diverting waste from landfills and contributing to sustainability in manufacturing. We are looking for a high-levelHead of Infrastructureto own the evolution of our digital and organizational systems. Currently, we operate across multiple platforms and need a strategic builder to consolidate our infrastructure, lead our transition intoOdoo, and establishISO security standardsto meet the requirements of our enterprise-level clients.

This role is crucial for enhancing our technology infrastructure and operational efficiency, directly supporting our expansion and sustainability goals. This is a senior-level, "hands-on" leadership role. Initially, you will operate as a department of one, responsible for both high-level strategy and technical execution. As the company expands internationally, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a dedicated infrastructure team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop the technology infrastructure, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
* Lead the migration to the Odoo system and streamline current processes.
* Oversee hardware configuration and ISO 27001 compliance projects.
* Establish IT governance and vendor management practices.
* Provide technical leadership and support to the on-site and remote teams.
Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement:Excellent English Communication Skills

Education:Bachelor's Degree (ideally)

Experience:5+ years of related experience

Industry:Manufacturing background an advantage
* Proven experience in managing technology infrastructure, preferably in manufacturing or similar sectors.
* Deep, hands-on experience with Odoo is the primary technical requirement. You must be comfortable configuring and managing this platform.
* Familiarity with ISO standards and the implementation of data security protocols.A high level of proactivity and the ability to "think through the firehose" of a unique, fast-paced business model.
* This role is built for a self-starter. We value "hitting the marks" over rigid clock-watching.
* Strong background in systems migration, especially with open-source technology like Odoo.
* Experience with ISO 27001 compliance drives.
* Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills.
