The Role
The Director of Growth Marketing or Head of Marketing will own the strategy and execution of Heating Green’s marketing efforts, aligning brand positioning, demand generation, lead generation, and revenue growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will connect marketing investment directly to pipeline and revenue performance while building a scalable growth engine.
You will work closely with the Founder, oversee fractional specialist partners (performance marketing, content marketing, and ecommerce), and drive measurable results across the full customer journey.
What You’ll Own
Strategy & Positioning
* Clarify and refine Heating Green’s vertical positioning
