Established in 1988, the park provides a safe, clean, and modern facility designed for all ages, featuring a variety of indoor and outdoor activitiesAbout the Role: We are  hiring a creative, data-driven Growth Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead both organic community engagement and paid performance advertising. This role is responsible for positioning the leading community entertainment hub in Murfreesboro, TN, with a primary objective of driving weekday foot traffic and overall brand awareness. You will collaborate with on-site staff to gather raw video/photo content, edit engaging short-form media, and manage end-to-end paid ad campaigns across Meta platforms.Key Responsibilities:
* ​​​​Paid Performance Marketing: Plan, set up, and optimize paid ad campaigns in Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager) to drive foot traffic, promote seasonal events, and increase weekday bookings.
* Organic Content & Social Media: Manage day-to-day operations across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Develop content calendars, write localized copy, design graphic assets, and maintain a consistent posting schedule
* Content Operations & Remote Coordination: Direct on-site team members to capture raw video/photo footage. Edit short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) and build a robust content backlog
* Community Engagement: Engage actively with local community pages, parents' groups, local influencers, and regional meme pages to build brand affinity and drive organic viral reach.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign ROAS, cost-per-click, engagement rates, and foot-traffic trends to continually refine marketing tactics.
Qualifications & Skills:
* 3+ years of experience in a dual role covering both organic social media management and paid performance ads (Meta Ads Manager)
* Demonstrated capability in short-form video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.) suited for Instagram Reels and TikTok
* Strong understanding of hyper-local marketing, community engagement, and consumer psychology for local businesses/venues.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with an eye for trends, humor, and localized branding.
* Self-starter mentality capable of managing a remote content pipeline and collaborating asynchronously with on-site staff.
