Position: Growth Marketer

Working Schedule: 8am-5p CST

Role Overview:The Growth Marketer is responsible for owning lead generation, pipeline growth, and performance marketing initiatives. This highly data-driven role focuses on building, testing, and optimizing campaigns that directly impact revenue. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales team to attract the right audience, convert them into qualified leads, and continuously improve marketing performance across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth & Demand Generation:
* Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns across paid ads, email, SEO, and landing pages
* Own the full marketing funnel from acquisition through conversion
* Drive qualified leads and support overall revenue growth
* Continuously test messaging, channels, and audience segments to improve conversion rates
Performance Marketing:
* Manage and optimize paid marketing channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and similar platforms
* Track campaign performance, ROI, and funnel metrics using analytics tools and dashboards
* Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
* Make data-driven recommendations to scale high-performing initiatives
Marketing Operations & Analytics:
* Manage CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
* Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows and scoring models
* Report on key metrics such as CPL, CAC, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution
* Ensure clean data management and effective lead handoff to the Sales team
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Partner closely with Sales to align on lead quality, feedback, and follow-up processes
* Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-converting assets
* Support campaign planning with performance insights and growth ideas
Qualifications & Experience:
* 3+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
* Proven track record of driving measurable lead or revenue growth
* Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools
* Hands-on experience managing paid media and marketing automation platforms
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
