About the company:
A growth marketing agency partnering with top outdoor and active lifestyle brands to scale profitably through paid advertising, creative strategy, and disciplined growth planning.
We partner with premium outdoor and active lifestyle brands that care deeply about how they show up online—and expect their advertising to respect their brand while still driving results.
About the role:
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer + Video Editor to create high-quality paid ad creative for premium outdoor and active lifestyle brands.
This is a hands-on creative production role focused on:
- Graphic design for paid social
- Short-form video editing (Meta, TikTok-style formats)
- Light motion graphics and creative iteration
While design + editing are the primary responsibilities, this person will also own the creative strategy roadmap—helping ensure the right ideas get built, tested, and iterated over time.
You will be able to take proven ideas “off the shelf,” execute them quickly, and use performance insights to guide what gets made next.
This is not an organic social media role.
What You’ll Do
Creative Roadmap Ownership (Strategy Support)
- Own the creative strategy roadmap across campaigns and product pushes
- Pull proven concepts and frameworks “off the shelf” and turn them into real ad outputs
- Help prioritize what gets made each week based on performance signals and account goals
- Keep creative organized and intentional so the team stays proactive—not reactive
Graphic Design + Creative Production (Primary)
- Design static and motion assets for paid social ads (Meta, Instagram, etc.)

- Cut UGC-style footage into compelling, high-retention ads
- Add captions, overlays, product callouts, pacing, and hooks
- Create multiple versions of the same concept (hook swaps, pacing swaps, CTA swaps)
Creative Analytics + Iteration
- Review performance data with the media buying team (CTR, hook rate, hold rate, CPA, ROAS)
- Document results and learnings clearly
- Iterate winning concepts through thoughtful variations and respins
- Identify when performance signals call for net-new creative
- Treat launch as the beginning—not the end—of the creative process
UGC Briefs + Creator Direction
- Write clear, strategic UGC creator briefs that help creators deliver the right content the first time
- Translate performance learnings into tighter direction (hooks, angles, pacing, structure)
