<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Firefox team is a community of engineers who care deeply about delivering the fastest, friendliest, most usable browser possible. We are responsible for making the things you see in the browser work securely, quickly, and well!&nbsp; Working in the open is the norm, and we contribute to the code driving the Firefox browser on a number of desktop platforms - Windows, Linux, and macOS. Our focus is on implementing and fixing things in Firefox as well as helping other teams make it excellent for our users.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A Frontend Engineering Manager directs a team of geographically distributed engineers to constantly drive improvements to Firefox Desktop experience through innovations and enhancements to the browser user interface in Firefox.&nbsp; We need a leader who is dedicated to building exceptional teams, creating innovative solutions, delivering quality software, and influencing how the world uses the internet.</span></p>

<p><strong>What you’ll do:&nbsp;</strong></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drive initiatives to deliver value to our users ensuring the software your team delivers is high quality, highly available, monitored, and maintainable.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Help the team navigate trade-offs and drive alignment in a fast-paced field; balancing quick delivery with thoughtful, long-term approaches across a portfolio of user experiences in the browser.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Communicate your team’s goals, the scope and risks of your projects, and own the delivery of initiatives on clear timelines.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identify, build and iterate on engineering processes that support a high performing team.&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Engage regularly 1-1 with your team to discuss both technical work and professional development; provide direct and honest feedback about their individual performances</span></li>
