The Opportunity:

We are hiring a Fraud Security Specialist to join a team responsible for protectingCoinPokerfrom intentional and co-ordinated abuse, including intentional fraud, money-laundering and account safety. You will be joining a very effective team in a role that combines investigative expertise, ensuring fraud, abuse, cheating, and emerging threats are identified, investigated, and resolved to the highest standard.

You will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and highly organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Key Responsibilities:

Fraud & Security Investigations
* Manage Transaction queues ensuring transactions meet operation requirements and comply with AML and regulatory obligations.

* Conduct deep-dive investigations into multi-accounting, account sharing, account compromise, identity abuse, and coordinated abuse rings.

* Documentation review and management.

* Uphold customer centric services, delivering the highest of customer support standards to ensure reputational integrity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with other departments to resolve internal and external customer needs and requests.

Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience:
* Previous experience in fraud prevention and risk management, preferably in the iGaming industry.
