Overview:We are seeking a skilledFinancial Controllerto lead a small bookkeeping team and manage day-to-day finance operations. This role will enable the leadership team to focus on strategic initiatives while ensuring timely financial reporting, tax compliance, and operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
* Direct ownership of end-to-end controllership for a US healthcare business (GAAP financials, multi-entity consolidation, audits, cash flow ownership, and leadership-level reporting).
* Oversee and manage a 3-person bookkeeping team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
* Maintain compliance with US healthcare financial regulations, specifically the "management fee" model separating practice and management company finances.

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Candidate Requirements:
* 10–15+ years in senior controllership or finance leadership
* Clear ownership of US financial operations
* Ability to act as a thought partner to leadership, not just produce reports
* Deep expertise in US healthcare finance, including the "management fee" model.
