The ideal candidate is someone who can pivot from managing accounts receivable to coordinating marketing assets, all while leveraging AI to optimize their daily workflow.
What You’ll Do
* Agile Financial Support:Prepare and issue invoices, monitor accounts receivable (AR), and maintain clean financial records within QuickBooks.

* Operational Excellence:Support the broader team in daily operational tasks and data management to ensure smooth internal workflows.

* Marketing Coordination:Assist with light marketing tasks, such as usingCanvato organize promotional materials and requesting required documentation from external partners.
* AI Integration:Proactively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to automate repetitive tasks, draft correspondence, and increase overall efficiency.
* Stakeholder Communication:Respond to partner inquiries professionally and escalate complex issues to the operations or finance lead.
What We’re Looking For
* The "Generalist" Mindset:3+ years of experience in a role requiring you to balance multiple departments (Finance, Ops, or Marketing).

* Financial Literacy:Solid understanding of billing, invoicing, and data entry with high attention to detail.

* Infrastructure:Aproven, highly reliableinternet connection and power setup (essential for this role).
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with CRM tools or project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Notion). Basic understanding of digital marketing or consumer platforms.
