Position: Finance & Operations Specialist

Work Hours (Client): Mountain Standard Timezone (40 hours/week)

Pay Range:$2,000–$3,000USD/month(varies based on skill set and experience level)

Company/Client Overview:

The Company is a bootstrapped apparel brand that has grown from $20k in annual sales in 2019 to $400k in 2023. The business is at a stage where operational complexity (finance, inventory, marketing execution) is limiting strategic growth. The goal is to build a small, experienced offshore team to support continued scale.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This role focuseson financial ownership, operational analysis, and inventory planning.

Finance
* Calculate complex Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) from raw materials (fabric, buttons, labels).
* Build and maintain a 13-week cash flow forecast.
* Improve bookkeeping speed and accuracy (current local bookkeeper is 2–3 weeks behind).
Operations
* Inventory management and demand planning.
* Analyze performance data from:ShopifyKlaviyoGoogle AnalyticsMeta (Facebook/Instagram ads)
* Shopify
* Klaviyo
* Google Analytics
* Meta (Facebook/Instagram ads)
* Support operational decision-making with accurate, timely reporting.
Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement:Excellent English Communication Skills

Education:Bachelor's Degree (ideally)

Experience:4+ years of related experience
* Accounting and costing experience
* Inventory management experience
* Performance data analysis skill
* Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable working independently.
* Experience scaling small to mid-sized e-commerce brands.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Strong execution mindset with attention to detail.
