About the role

In this role, you will assist the Finance Manager in timely and accurate production of all financial information.

Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day accounting and period-end procedures within the established deadlines by performing journal entries and ensuring their correspondence with related supporting documentation.

* Assist in preparing and compiling required information for external audits.

* Liaise with stakeholders by providing supporting documents and resolving accounting issues and discrepancies as they arise in the daily processing of transactions.

* Support accounts payable and accounts receivable related tasks.

* Assist in preparing financial and administrative reports for business lines and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Work experience
* Professional education on at least Bachelor level (e.g. HEAO-BE or SPD Bookkeeping).

* Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in an international environment and thorough understanding of administration relating to Accounting.

* Proven evidence of accounting and analytical skills, experience with finance software, detail orientation.
