About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Facility Manager (Property Manager) to support self-storage facilities. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service, sales, and organization, and is comfortable managing tenant interactions and facility operations.

You will act as the primary point of contact for customers—handling calls, leads, move-ins, payments, and follow-ups—while working closely with maintenance teams and regional management.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales (Primary Focus)
* Answer inbound calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries

* Conduct virtual sales conversations and convert leads into move-ins

* Assist tenants with questions, billing, and account updates

Leasing & Administrative Tasks
* Process move-ins, move-outs, and transfers

* Maintain accurate tenant records in the property management system

* Coordinate lease documents and customer onboarding

* Ensure proper documentation for discounts, ACH enrollment, and fee changes

Facility Coordination
* Coordinate with on-site managers and maintenance teams

* Create and track maintenance requests as reported by tenants or staff

* Support auctions, delinquency workflows, and compliance tasks as needed

Delinquency & Collections Support
* Make courtesy calls and send follow-ups for delinquent accounts
