Work Hours (Client):Must be adaptable to different schedules, with required availability during 3–5am GMT to support the CEO, plus additional hours as needed in coordination with the team.
Pay Range: $1200 - $2000 USD/month(varies based on skill set and experience level)

Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly organised, detail-focused, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant (PA) to work directly with Garrett.
This role is for someone who thrives on structure, systems, and precision, complementing Garrett’s visionary, fast-moving style. You will be the anchor that ensures projects, reporting, and day-to-day operations are kept on track, while also driving forward the adoption of AI tools, dashboards, and streamlined reporting.
You will work closely with Garrett, his EA, and COO/Integrator, acting as the bridge that keeps priorities clear, information flowing, and commitments delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage Garrett’s calendar, inbox, and commitments — ensuring he is focused only on high-value activities.- Prepare documents, investor packs, presentations, and briefing notes.- Coordinate travel, logistics, and event scheduling.
Systems & AI Integration
- Implement AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Asana, Zapier, Slack, Power BI).- Identify workflow inefficiencies and design digital solutions to remove bottlenecks.- Support rollout of AI-driven processes across reporting and operations.
Reporting & Dashboards
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards for Garrett, EA, and COO/Integrator.- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with accuracy and clarity.- Ensure financial and operational data is up-to-date, structured, and accessible.
Finance & Bookkeeping Support
- Track expenses, manage reconciliations, and support invoice processing.- Liaise with bookkeepers/accountants to ensure accuracy in financial records.- Provide inputs for cashflow and portfolio dashboards.
Coordination & Follow-Through
- Act as the connective point across Garrett, EA, and COO/Integrator.- Ensure decisions are tracked, deadlines are met, and nothing 'slips through the cracks.'- Provide structured updates and reminders to keep projects moving forward.
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement:Excellent English Communication Skills
Education:Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
Experience:3+ years of related experience
* 3+ years’ experience in a PA/EA role (fast-paced, entrepreneurial or international environments preferred).
* Naturallydetail-oriented, structured, and steady — thrives on organisation and precision.
* Skilled in building dashboards, reports, and financial trackers (Power BI, Airtable, Asana, OneDrive or similar).
* Tech-forward: proven experience with AI and automation tools.
* Proficient in project management and communication tools like Asana and Slack.
* Comfortable with bookkeeping and basic finance (Xero or equivalent).
* Proven experience with file management systems such as OneDrive and Google Drive.
* Strong written and verbal communication in English.
* High integrity, discretion, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- % of Garrett’s time freed for strategic work (measured by reduced admin load).- Accuracy and timeliness of KPI dashboards and reports.- Number of workflows automated or improved using AI/tools.- Consistency in financial tracking and reporting.- Reduction in missed deadlines or follow-ups across leadership.
