About the Role:The Executive Assistant will provide senior-level administrative and operational support to the leadership team. This role requires a highly autonomous professional who can take ownership of tasks and projects with minimal supervision. The EA will manage executive schedules, communications, and operational workflows while supporting external stakeholder outreach. This is a high-trust role suited for someone proactive, organized, and comfortable in a growth-stage startup environment.​​​​​​

Key Responsibilities:
* Executive & Administrative Leadership:Provide high-level strategic and operational support to senior executives. Manage complex calendars, inboxes (triaging, drafting responses, and prioritizing), travel arrangements, expense reporting, and personal appointments. Serve as a trusted partner in optimizing executive workflows, ensuring alignment across priorities, and proactively identifying and resolving inefficiencies.
* ​​​​Project & Communications Management:Own projects and cross-functional administrative initiatives end-to-end with minimal direction. Draft and manage professional communications to sales prospects, partners, and external stakeholders. Coordinate across the leadership team to ensure timely follow-through, clear accountability, and operational alignment.
* Recruiting & Onboarding Administration:Oversee recruitment logistics, including candidate scheduling, onsite coordination, debrief scheduling, take-home assignment tracking, and communication channel setup (e.g., Slack). Support onboarding workflows to ensure a seamless and professional candidate and new hire experience.
* Office & Facilities Management:Manage day-to-day office operations, including deliveries, vendor coordination, ordering supplies and snacks, organizing team lunches, and maintaining a productive and welcoming office environment.
* Team & Event Coordination:Plan and execute team-building events, onsite/offsite logistics, company swag distribution, and stakeholder gifting. Coordinate travel and logistics for conferences, sales events, and recruiting initiatives.
* Go-to-Market & Conference Support:Support go-to-market initiatives and industry events by sourcing venues, managing end-to-end event logistics, creating and maintaining event pages, coordinating materials and shipments, booking travel, organizing agendas, tracking target contacts in the CRM, and overseeing prospect and stakeholder meeting logistics to ensure seamless execution.
* Senior-Level Strategic Support:Candidate, responsibilities may expand to include coordinating logistics for company-wide meetings (e.g., all-hands and board meetings), supporting high-priority prospect engagements, identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing process improvements, and driving cross-functional coordination to enhance overall organizational efficiency.
Hard Skills Required:
* Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams with similar responsibilities.
* Experience managing complex calendars and executive priorities.
* Experience working with a startup or technology company is a plus.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and common productivity tools (e.g., Slack, applicant tracking systems).
* Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong organizational and time management skills with very strong attention to detail.
* Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
* Possesses a professional communication style and is an excellent communicator, with very strong written and verbal English skills, as this role includes drafting emails and supporting external communications such as event invitations and stakeholder outreach.
