Executive Assistant & Social Media Coordinator — Financial Markets

Location / Employment:Remote. Full-time (Independent Contractor). Significant daily overlap with U.S. Eastern Time / U.S. market hours.

We pair real-time market data with AI-powered insights and clean, shareable financial content, and we use X (Twitter) as a primary growth channel. The team is lean and founder-led, which means fast decisions, real ownership, and direct access to the person building the product.

About the RoleThis is a foundational first hire. The founder owns product and the technical build; this role owns the daily content and communications engine and becomes the operational right hand that keeps the business moving. Day one, the priority is simple and high-impact: get quality financial charts and commentary posted on X consistently, in the brand's voice. Over time, this person earns autonomy on posting and grows into broader operational and chief-of-staff-style responsibility as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content (X-first)
* Produce and publish financial charts and market commentary several times per day, initially with founder sign-off, then independently as trust is established.
* Write sharp, engaging captions and copy that fit the brand voice and current market narrative.
* Track trending tickers, market chatter, and what is gaining traction on finance X, and turn it into timely posts.
* Grow following and engagement; identify formats and topics that perform.
Market Research & AI-Assisted Insights
* Monitor U.S. markets, news, and notable moves worth posting about.
* Use AI/LLM tools to research, summarize, and draft insights quickly and accurately.
* Flag chart-worthy stories and opportunities to the founder.
Partnerships & Affiliate Support
* Help identify and coordinate outreach to financial publishers and creators for content and affiliate partnerships.
* Track outreach, follow-ups, and performance of referral traffic.
Executive & Operations Support
* Manage recurring tasks, scheduling, inbox, and follow-ups to keep the founder focused.
* Build simple, repeatable processes and workflows as the business grows.
Required Qualifications
* Strong written English with a clear, engaging copywriting ability (this role is public-facing).
* Genuine working knowledge of financial markets — stocks, and ideally crypto or forex.
* Hands-on experience managing or growing social media, especially X.
* Comfort using AI/LLM tools to research, summarize, and generate content.
* Highly organized, reliable, and self-directed; able to work U.S. market hours.
* Solid administrative and executive-support fundamentals.
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based company or founder.
* Background in finance, trading, fintech, or crypto.
* Experience with affiliate marketing or creator/publisher partnerships.
* Familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools, and basic charting or design tools.
