The Opportunity
Join the Business Development leadership team, working directly under the Senior VP. This is a high-impact administrative role for a professional who is more than just a task-taker—a true “right hand” who is self-motivated and creative in adding value. While not a sales role, you will support a high-volume sales and business development operation, bridging creative document design, logistical tracking, and proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities
* Executive Follow-Up:Manage high-priority email correspondence and follow up with leads and partners to ensure no opportunities slip through the cracks.

* Document Design & Creative:Use Adobe to create professional, functional documents, including billable forms and presentation materials.

* Proactive Research:Conduct deep-dive research on target companies and identify key decision-makers for the VP.

* Sales Support (Non-Closing):Make professional follow-up calls and assist with logistics/order tracking to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Data Management:Maintain and organize complex spreadsheets in Excel to track business development metrics and schedules.

* Elite Communication:Flawless written and spoken English (C1 level minimum), confident and professional on calls with US-based executives.
